Why LuxForDogs?
Individual care
Not only very playful dogs- also elderly and calmer dogs have their place at LuxForDogs without missing out on social contact.

Quality instead of quantity
In order to be able to respond properly to your dogs needs we accept only a limited amount of dogs per day.

Family atmosphere with style
Cosiness does not mean lacking in style and furnishings with style does not have to be uncomfortable!
Convince yourself and your four-legged friend. I would be happy to show you the premises where your dog will stay before and after the walks.

Walks and meadow
We spend at least 2 hours per day in nature.
In addition to the walks we have a garden that your dog can let off steam (under supervison) or just relax with his furry friends.​

Approval by the Veterinary Office Zurich
An official approval from the Veterinary Office is required when caring for six or more dogs.
Since April 2025, we have been inspected and officially approved by the Veterinary Office.

FBA with certificate and further education as Dog interpreter
In addition to the private experience with dogs, we bring the necessary theory and practice to the table with the certificate: "Subject-specific, job-independent training for care staff in animal shelters up to a maximum of 19 places". Furthermore we have a further education as Dog interpreter*

Targeted Socialization and Structure in the Pack
With our extensive practical experience with dog packs, we support your four-legged friend—whether they are too shy, anxious, or a little too bold—we know what matters! Only the best for your darling
Your dog's satisfaction is our top priority. This service helps us get to know your furry friend better and understand what it likes and dislikes. Individuality is very important to us, because every dog has its own needs, which we can only meet if we perceive it as an individual. Of course, we always meet your darling with empathy, patience but also with straightforwardness.
Our daily routine
7:00 – 8:30 am Arrival of the furry friends
9:30 – 11:45 am Walks
12:00 – 2:15 pm Feeding and rest time
2:30 – 3:45 pm Walks and/or playtime in the garden
4:00 – 6:00 pm Handover of the dogs to their owners
Getting here
by car
LuxForDogs can be reached by car in 15 minutes from the city of Zurich or from Shilbrugg. Parking possibilities are available directly infront of the house
More parking spaces (blue zone) you'll find in the "Schützemattstrasse" very near by

by public transport
LuxForDogs is situated behin the bus station "Schwelle"
which can be reached by bus 161, 162 or 163
or about a six minute walk from the train station "Kilchberg"
(S8 and S24)

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Weekends, public holidays and times outside of the opening hours are possible on request
