General terms and conditions, due dates and requirements
Before the care and requirements
§ The general terms and conditions are understood and accepted by the dog owner
§ Before you hand your dog over to us, it should have been on a first walk
§ When entering and leaving LuxForDogs, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash
§ You hereby undertake to inform us if your dog suffers from any illness or what we have to pay attention to when dealing with other dogs
§ Please note that we can only accept dogs that have basic obedience and do not show any aggressive or extremely fearful behavior
§ We ask for your understanding if, for various possible reasons, we cannot accept your dog to day care anymore
§ All dogs must be chipped, dewormed and regularly treated with anti-tick products
§ On the first day of care, we ask that you bring a copy of your vaccination card with you
§ Dogs suffering from a contagious disease such as kennel cough or similar cannot be taken to LuxForDogs
§ If you suspect that your dog is suffering from a contagious disease, the dog owner undertakes to inform LuxForDogs immediately
Care
§ We reserve the right to carry out a few trial days with your dog. It is important to us that our pack understands each other and to keep the stress level as low as possible.
§ We are committed to taking the best care of your dog and giving it the exercise and variety it needs
§ In the event of damage, we are insured and expect that you also have liability insurance, which will come into play in the event of damage
§ You are liable for any damage or injury caused by your dog, directly or indirectly, to other dogs, a person or property
§ If your dog is seriously injured, we reserve the right to consult our trusted veterinarian
These costs are the responsibility of the owner
§ Even with the most careful supervision, a dog can escape on a walk
If the dog is not found again despite an intensive search, the owner has no right to compensation
§ In the event that a dog is not collected by 7:00 p.m., LuxForDogs intends to take this as a consent to extend the service to include a dog overnight stay, in addition to the basic rates, surcharges will apply

Payment and cancellation and outside opening hours
§ Payment is due at the time of handing over the dog at its owner, only cash payments or Twint payments are accepted
§ Cancellations of day care can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance
If no cancellation is made, the entire amount will be charged
§ Holiday care dogs have a cancellation period of 7 days before the first day of vacation, otherwise the entire amount can be charged
§ Care outside of the opening hours is possible on request
§ Late collection of your dog will be charged with a surcharge of CHF 10.00 per started half an hour

Additional
§ LuxForDogs reserves the right to use photos of the dogs it has taken for marketing purposes
By accepting the LuxForDogs terms and conditions, you give us this consent-if not otherwise communicated
All recordings made by LuxForDogs are the property of LuxForDogs and may not be used in any way without prior consent
